You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

A.   Information Resource

ngobd.org acts as a resource hub that aggregates and publishes third-party information, including NGO Job Circulars, Grant Circulars, Scholarship opportunities, and event announcements. We are a publisher, not an employer or a funding agency.

B.    Third-Party Content

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content posted on the Service (e.g., job descriptions, deadlines, grant criteria). You acknowledge that relying on any such information is done at your own risk. Users must verify all details directly with the originating NGO or donor organization.

C.    Capacity Building and Consultation

Any consultation, advice, or website development services we offer are based on our professional opinion and experience. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, funding approvals, or official clearance resulting from the use of our advice or services (e.g., policy paper review, website creation).

3.    User Conduct and Responsibilities

A.   Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable local or international law or regulation.
  • To upload or distribute any content that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or threatening.
  • To engage in spamming, soliciting, or transmitting chain letters or unsolicited commercial emails.

B.    Submitted Content (CVs, NGO Documents)

  • Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you upload, including CVs, organizational profiles, Annual Reports, and Policy Papers.
  • License: By uploading content, you grant ngobd.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sharing an uploaded CV with an NGO for a job application).

4.    Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding content provided by you or third parties) are and will remain the exclusive property of ngobd.org and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ngobd.org.

5.    Termination

may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6.    Limitation of Liability
